A yoga session usually includes essential elements such as breathing techniques, yoga postures, principles, relaxation and/or meditation. When applied appropriately, those techniques provide an abundance of benefits addressing the unique needs, e.g. reclining poses help release tention, lower high blood pressure and improve the immune system, while forward bends tone internal organs. However, those outcomes participants can experience uniquely.
Yoga Break programs are individualised. Each type of activity follows hatha yoga principles, and focuses predominantly on your needs.
