The program usually consists of 4 to 8 individual, or partner yoga sessions, intended to understand and support you on your journey to achieve your lifestyle goals.

During your initial consultation at Yoga Break, you will be able to describe your situation, express your concerns and set your goals. The program, after approximately 5-6 sessions, will provide you with the safest and most appropriate simple tools that you can use in the privacy of your home to manage your condition, and to find the healer within. Your yoga teacher will still be available for consultation, should that be necessary.
