The therapeutic benefits of yoga are most effective when applied suitably to the individual, in a one-on-one setting. The personalised yoga therapy program at Yoga Break is a partnership between you and your yoga teacher, designed especially for you, appropriately for your current situation. The program usually consists of 4 to 8 individual, or partner yoga sessions, intended to understand and support you on your journey to achieve your lifestyle goals. 

 

Also, with the personal attention of your teacher, guiding you through the mindful practice of yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation, as you address your health issues you will also be able to:

What You Can Expect

 

During your initial consultation at Yoga Break, you will be able to describe your situation, express your concerns and set your goals. This will help your teacher formulate a suitable personalised plan to support you on your journey towards the change you are seeking. Each following session will incorporate the relevant ancient yogic wisdom to bring you closer to your goals. As you become more confident in using appropriate yogic methods, you will consequently improve your physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. The program, after approximately 5-6 sessions, will provide you with the safest and most appropriate simple tools that you can use in the privacy of your home to manage your condition, and to find the healer within. Your yoga teacher will still be available for consultation, should that be necessary.
