Evening yoga classes suitable for all fitness levels

Slow down and unwind by practising flowing yoga poses and stretches that will soothe your tense, aching muscles and tired mind at the end of the day. This gentle, yet refreshing sequence of 10 weekly hatha yoga sessions will tone and relax your body, quieten your mind, induce peaceful sleep and prepare you for the next day.

 

Gentle Flow Yoga

Daytime classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels

Gentle, yet energising yoga practice that will help you strengthen the body and clear the mind.

 

Meditation Break

Evening meditation classes open to everyone

During this ten-week course you will discover a few simple and effective meditation techniques that will help you find inner peace and joy.

 

Pre-Natal Yoga
