Yoga Break has shared yoga wisdom for fifteen years, while helping beginer as well as experienced yogis apply its proven potential. |
Over the five thousand years of its history, hatha yoga practice has consistently demonstrated that the classes work best when applied suitably to a student in a one-on-one setting. Traditionally, the great ancient teachers taught yoga by one teacher directly to one student. The teachers recognised the importance of individualising each yoga practice to meet the needs of the individual student. Even though yoga classes have become very popular, some yogis are convinced that private yoga sessions are more engaging. |
At Yoga Break, we appreciate the value of one-on-one sessions, as well as group classes. Most of our group programs can be turned into private sessions if required. Our passion for sharing yoga and its benefits, inspires us to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Thus, we specialise in the development and implementation of private personalised yoga programs for individuals with specific needs.
